I would recommend buying it from AT&T because I purchased mine from an individual and can't send it back. If there was another one I would buy it over the Samsung Impression. Unfortunately since there is no better one in the price range I do like it. I could go on about a few more nitpicky things but all and all it is a good phone. Sometimes you can delete pics while viewing them which is best b/c you can see the picture well, many times it will not let you so you have to touch MORE then touch delete then select by checking a box from a small icon of the picture which is bad because it is very sensitive and you can check the wrong one ( or multiples) easily without realizing while scrolling to find the one you want to delete. My niece has had to return hers 3 times in a 3 mths period for the screen locking up. I guess this is what some call locking up. The email stays in the oubox on a regular basis,(average once every 25-50 texts) so y ou have to take the battery off and put it right back on then you resend. When getting it out of your pocket Others and myself have a tendency to touch the button that disconnects the call. Side buttons are hard to touch and use with one hand. The touch screen is pretty good but do have times where I have to hold it down or touch it several times. instead of space bar many times & hard to reach the function button but this is all minor on a phone. (has a name I guess)Love the keyboard.keys are raised just enough. It is a nice phone so don't understand why they did not add the texting to see one persons sent & received texting at the same time. So, I used the tip of a pin (my fingernails are acrylic and therefore too big) all around the edge of the touch screen, was surprised by the amount of lint etc, and was immediately able to do the tapping thing and it works great now! Had my phone for almost 2 years now.My favorite thing about this phone is the clear screen which I have read is a first for AT&T. Repeat as the target moves." Which, of course, was not helpful as tapping did nothing. I did the hard reset (everything gets saved to sim or memory card anyway) and got stuck with "Tap the center of the target.
Smsung impression code#
but I didn't really try to lift up on the screen until after I did the code reset, was stuck with the touch screen calibration, lost everything and decided I wouldn't mind any side effects if I lifted the screen to far and popped it off.(the screen never popped off) phone is fully functional again do this all the way around the screen to the best of your ability. keep your nail under the screen as you run around the edges as it does pull out stuff like pocket lint that gets stuck in the craves. Thank you TiMan! "Sorry this is late in coming but to fix the frozen screen try using your finger nail to get under the side of the screen and lift up. Apple is the only company left that seems to respect the notion of "you get what you pay for". Also, I've tried everything and nothing works, trash your phone and save up till you can get an iPhone. They got paid, they got my money, and it's off to the golf course to laugh at me and all the others who spend their hard earned cash on these greedy, greedy people who smile in our face then claim "sorry sir, there's nothing we can do". Androids suck, Blackberrys suck, samsung is the king of everything that sucks, and I won't be the victim of their crap anymore. And of course, NO ONE can do anything or help me at all. I pulled them from the shelf and threw down 2 and 3 hundred greenbacks for this crap. And by the way, all these phones were purchased new with no upgrade, nothing. I've never been so frustrated my whole life. I'm so done with samsung, I hope they go bankrupt. My samsung phone wouldn't allow me to call anyone but my last call. I even lost a chance at a great job, because I couldn't call this guy back, because my Samsung phone, actually I'm not capitalizing samsung anymore. I've 3 phones, THREE phones from these 'people' and ALL of them, their touch screens went out, leaving me totally screwed.

I swear, every Samsung product I have EVER owned has caused me some sort of trouble. No Answer, only misery from this company.
